Why: It was the 50th anniversary of The Hat. 50 years of pastrami. This is the best pastrami sandwich in the world. Best pastrami ever--it's not too healthy. I used to go more often when I was hiking a lot, because it's close to the foothills. It was probably a little counterproductive, but, when you go to the Hat, you leave full.
