Annie, Winston-Salem, NC

Who: Annie, 62
What: 100% cotton, size M
When: May 2010
Where: Winston-Salem, NC
Why: I have breast cancer, and I have a double mastectomy in late April of this year. A lovely young woman, Julie Searcy, who works in my husband's office, is a committed supporter of breast cancer education and research. Her mother is a survivor of an aggressive form of breast cancer. Julie sent this tee to me, and I have loved wearing it, for a variety of reasons. First of all, it fits very nicely...the sleeves hit my arms at just the right place and the body shape is not too boxy, but not too tight for this older woman's body. Also, I love the colors, which are very flattering. But, the best part is the sassy, quirky, fun names for breasts listed on the front, and then the powerful statement on the back which "says it all". I find this tee to be a great conversation starter. Of course, my bald head is a good conversation starter also, but, the tee shirt is cuter.

Annie, I agree, it's amazing, as is the woman who submitted it.

Sarah, that's a great idea. I'll come up with some more ideas.
