Where: from a vendor in Union Square (NY)
Why: I felt like I'd been living here long enough, almost 3 years, and I didn't have a cool New York t-shirt to show for it. I mean, tourists come out after one week with one. I'd seen these shirts a few times at Union Square, and I really liked them. When I wear it, my 2year-old son looks at it and says, "Lady Liberty"...it's pretty cute.
